How Our Online Gift Certificates Work

When you purchase our Online Gift Certificate, you will be sent an email confirming your order. After your order has been processed, you will receive another email that will include a Gift Certificate code with a PIN number, for example, ABDF60162037.
This unique code can be used by your gift recipient as payment for any products in our online store. The recipient can use all or part of the gift certificate amount. Any unused portion will remain valid for their future purchases. Your gift recipient must receive the code from you (copy the PIN number carefully!).
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. If the recipient's order exceeds the amount designated on the gift certificate, the recipient must pay the balance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
